This department cares for women at every stage of life: as girls, in pregnancy and childbirth, and at menopause. It is open day and night for deliveries. Dr. Shaziya Zareen A. Maniyar is the consultant gynaecologist and infertility specialist.
What we offer
- Pregnancy care. Regular check-ups, baby checks and care for high-risk pregnancy, such as diabetes or high blood pressure.
- Delivery. Normal delivery and caesarean section, with the operation theatre ready 24 hours.
- Women’s surgery. Keyhole womb removal (hysterectomy), fibroid removal and ovarian cyst removal.
- Infertility. Tests, first treatments and counselling for couples.
- Screening and menopause. Pap smear, cervical cancer screening and hormone problems.

Sex determination of the foetus is not done at this hospital. It is a punishable offence under the PCPNDT Act.
